Payment happens directly between you and your client, however you both agree (mobile money, bank transfer, cash). Engero doesn't currently hold or process payment. Instead, every booking comes with a clear agreement covering price and terms, signed before the work begins, so both sides know exactly what's expected.

For every booking, you can generate an optional agreement. You can print and sign it or use a digital signature. It protects both you and your client by putting the terms in writing.

Start with what you have. You can add packages, a bio, and work samples as you go; your profile grows with you. What matters most early on is having one clear link where people can find your portfolio and services.

Yes. Your profile is public and viewable by anyone with the link, no account required. This makes it easy to share your Engero link anywhere: Instagram bio, WhatsApp, business cards.

Because every booking has a signed agreement in place before work begins, both sides have clear terms to refer back to. Engero isn't a party to the agreement itself, so disputes are resolved directly between you and the other party, using the agreement as your reference point. In Future, Engero will have legal aid as part of the services artists can access directly.
